Minimum Deal size of 15 million Euro across Europe. Together with our partners, institutional investors, and separate accounts investors of family offices, we run specialized investment vehicles.
With exception of Germany, where we will consider deals of 5 million Euro plus.
Focusing on off-market investments in Performing and Under-performing real estate.
Individual and portfolio transactions, purchases in share & asset deals
Pan European countries with preference: Germany, Netherland, Poland, Spain, France, Italy, Greek, Cyprus and UK.
Cities and regions with a population > 100,000
High location quality: economically strong locations as well as established locations with solid infrastructure
